Return Policy

Should you need to return an item, please use our automated return system. To start a return please log into your account and view the order which you would like to return

Note that returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization.  Any order refused delivery will incur a 50% restocking fee.

Returns are accepted for 30 days from date of delivery, and the product must be unopened and unused, in its original packaging, and in a completely resalable condition. Please be sure to include a copy of your original invoice in order to obtain a prompt credit for your payment. Upon receipt of the goods, we will issue a credit in 2-3 Business Days to the same credit card used to pay for the goods. Credits usually take 7-10 business days to be issued by your payment company.

Note that freight charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all cancelled orders to help cover our costs for pulling and packing your order.

You have 30 days calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  All returns are subject to a %25 restocking fee.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Under the Bayou Magic Foods returns policies, the following conditions apply to change of mind returns:

  1. All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the returned items. Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable).

  2. Items must be in new (unopened /  unsealed / not used) and unworn condition.

  3. Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.

  4. Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are damaged. 

To arrange the return of an item, you must either provide a return address in the Elected Country or pay for return shipping costs. To pay for shipping, you can send the buyer a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse the shipping costs.

Buyers can return if the products are postmarked within 30 days of the delivery of the original shipment.

If the item was shipped as New or Used, and it is defective or damaged upon receipt, the buyer must report the defect or damage to you within 7 days of receipt and arrange a return.

If the item becomes defective more than 30 days after shipment and is under warranty, assist the buyer in pursuing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping plus restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested
  • Refunds are credited back to original payment method
